Sport News

Sports fixtures have taken place throughout the weeks starting with girls cricket against Port Shepstone Secondary on Tuesday.  The girls did extremely well and won by 42 runs.  Well done to Anda Dodo who managed to accumulate 28 out of the 84 runs made by PSHS.  PS Sec batted second and were all out for 42 runs.  On Thursday Waterpolo was played against Kingsway and the juniors girls managed to draw their competitive match 2-all.  On Friday our girls touch rugby team played at Northlands.  The A team played against Kloof and the B team against St Benedicts.  The B team won their match 6-0.  On the cricket front, the boys teams played against Toti on Saturday.  The 1st team went in to bat first and run up 208 runs with Mornè Bishop making an impressive 59 of them.  Toti batted second and were 145 all out.  Gareth Bishop 6/45 and we won by 63 runs.  The U15A won their match by a close 7 runs.  Kyle Page made 22 of the 120 runs made by PSHS and Matthew Louw took 3/20.  Bryson Munilall made 34 (of the 92 runs scored by PSHS) runs in the U14A match against Toti, but were unfortunate that we did not win that match.
